We could all do with a little support, motivation and routine to help build a regular meditation practise, so let this be your reason to get, or stay, on track.
A very informal get together each Wednesday morning to do some self-guided group meditation. You can either do a silent meditation or a guided - if guided please bring along whatever download you use and a pair of headphones so those who would prefer silence are not disturbed.
We're planning for roughly 20 mins meditation with a five min check in with everyone before and after. Check in's are important as sometimes meditation can bring things up unexpectedly and we need to make sure we are all supporting each other.
This is going to be a secular meditation and not part of any specific spiritual tradition - but if you wish to silently bring your own faith and understanding to the circle, then please be feel free to do so.
No need to book, just come along as and when you can.
