Understanding and assessing social impact can be challenging, especially for organisations or businesses whose main work is with people. When people are at the heart of change it isn’t appropriate or effective to just use simple counting measurement. Instead we need ways of getting meaningful feedback, and the tools to pull this together to tell a strong impact story.
In this workshop Matter of Focus Co-Founder Sarah Morton will share the Matter of Focus approach to understanding and achieving impact, and will give attendees a chance to share and discuss stories about how they make a difference in the world.
