Start the year by treating yourself to a new habit, begin each week with an energising and mindful yoga practice with Well Work Yoga. This 6 week yoga fundamentals course starts on Monday 7th January in our peaceful attic space right in the centre of town.

These classes are specifically designed for office workers and focus on releasing tension in the neck and shoulders, improving range of motion in the back and hips and firing up the all-important core. We end each session with a guided relaxation to start the week on a high.

We’ll move slowly and mindfully so no need to worry about sweating or needing to shower after class. Just get ready to walk away feeling expansive, capable and ready to take on the week ahead.

Investment for this 6 week course is £51 (equivalent to £8.50 per class) and class passes are non-refundable but can be transferable if required.

 

Yoga mats can be rented for £1.50 per class with advance notice but we recommend you bring along your own if possible.
