Connecting In Nature

Join us for this in-person event this September where we will be finding ourselves a spot in the great outdoors in the heart of Edinburgh, by Arthur's Seat. We'll build a fire, hang the kettle over it and spend a bit of time talking about how even a short spell in places like this can be as restorative for our minds as a good night’s sleep is for our bodies.Facilitated by Tom Gold, a Coach, Bushcraft Instructor and outdoor facilitator. A passionate believer in the power of the natural environment to make us better people.Nature has the power to restore our wellbeing and make us stop and stare in wonder but it also has the power to make us stronger, more confident, more productive and readier to go the distance to get the things we really wantHe is also currently preparing to go on his first Misogi, an ancient Japanese rite of passage aimed at achieving clarity of mind and body. You can read more about how he helps people get what they want here: www.tomgoldlifecoach.comLocation details: We will meet on Queen's Drive, by the roundabout with Holyrood Park Road, for a short 10 minute walk to the Wells O Wearie site.
