YOGA AT DAWN

Feeling that it has been a tough week? Choose to open your Tuesdays with a bit of yoga at TMP with instructor *Elena Consoli.

Class Description:

Morning Flow 💫

Start your Tuesday on the right foot! This 45-minute flow is designed to give you an opportunity to step away from daily life tasks, move your body and quiet your mind. Our class will focus on alleviating lower back pain, easing shoulder tension and increasing hamstring flexibility. We'll be flowing to great music and having a laugh together. All are welcome- yes even those who say they can't touch their toes!

Classes will take place every January Tuesday from 08:00-08:45 in the CoLab (The Basement).

You have 2 options:
- If you want to commit to making your Fridays drastically better get the 4-class pack (£32).
- If you can only make it to a few Fridays simply drop-in for £10.

*About Elena

Elena is certified in vinyasa, yin, restorative and prenatal yoga. With nearly 10 years experience she still remembers that complete beginner feeling. A firm believer that yoga is for everyone, her mission is to make her yoga classes as accessible, welcoming and inclusive as possible. Her classes are full of helpful cues so that each student can find the best alignment in their own bodies-- while of course remembering to have some fun! Expect great tunes, high fives and some yoga bliss!
